Ceramic rubber wear liner
Ceramic rubber liner is compounded by rubber or polyurethane, alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate through hot vulcanizing process
Cushioning rubber or urethane layer prevents ceramic tiles breakage

High Alumina Ceramic: 92% & 95% ceramics available
Available with square, rectangular, cylindrical, spherical, hexagonal, etc
Cushion rubber: Superior rubber compound, impact absorbing
Connection: Steel plate and studs / cn bonding layer, both available to suit different types of applications
The thickness of complete liner, ceramic and rubber are determined on the basis of application, such as handled material lump size, height of fall, impact angle, etc
