Description of Conveyor Pulley Lagging
Belts need the drive pulley with good traction to prevent slips that can cause major damage. Ceramic pulley lagging is offered to provide very high levels of drive and wear resistance for conveyor pulleys that operate in medium to heavy duty applications in wet and muddy conditions.

Ceramic pulley lagging delivers substantially increased traction over conventional pulley lagging. Durable ceramic tiles last longer than standard rubber lagging resulting in a reduction in the number of times the pulley must be changed over the life of the conveyor system



Features of Ceramic Rubber Lagging
- As much as twice the coefficient of friction over non lagged pulleys
- As much as 50% higher coefficient of friction over standard rubber lagging

- CN Bonding layer is a half vulcanized chloroprene layer, it will help to improve the initial and final bonding strength to the pulley surface. 
- 95% high alumina ceramic tiles exhibits extreme abrasion resistance, the round rised pattern on the ceramic surface help to grip the conveyor belt and increase belt tracking, decrease belt slippage

Rubber pulley lagging sheets are designed for maximum elasticity and resistance to wear and tear. They are made up of a special mix of natural rubber and synthetic rubber that prevents any conveyor belt slippage.

We offer plain and diamond patterned pulley lagging to stand against water shedding, reduction in slippage and long pulley surface life
