Rubber Pulley Lagging Description
Coefficient of friction between conveyor belt and pulley is very important factor in determining the performance of a conveyor belt on drive.
Low coefficient of friction may cause conveyor belt slippage and lead to more wear of the belt and the belt tracking problem.
Pulley rubber ceramic lining, also called rubber pulley lagging can reduce slippage and extend service life of conveyor belt.
Features of rubber lining for pulley:
1. Reduce conveyor belt slippage
2. Extend conveyor belt and pulley life
3. Available in natural rubber and FRAS approved rubber
4. With cn bonding layer

The size of our rubber lagging is 2 meter wide x 10 meter long. Thickness can be produced as per requests. The diamond pattern is oriented along the 10 meter side, see below picture, please. You can get what you require by cutting, like 1400mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2000mm, etc
It is very effective and easy for inventory reserving.

Ceramic Pulley Lagging
Ceramic rubber coating for pulley is designed and suited for conveyor pulleys where slippage and wear problems make normal rubber lagging ineffective. The alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of conveyor belt under wet, muddy or any other such arduous conditions.
We also provide conveyor pulley lagging service, on mine site or at pulley factory
