DB-WK1 Replaceable rubber lagging for pulley

Replaceable rubber lagging with metal retainer, slide on diamond rubber lagging, weld-on rubber lagging. Replaceable pulley lagging

 

 

Replaceable pulley lagging is the most unique and reliable system for lagging all conveyor
and elevator pulleys. Replaceable pulley lagging can be installed on the job, usually without removing either the belt or pulleys from the system.

Features
* Factory hot vulcanization under pressure assures the best possible bond of rubber to backing plate
* Steel backing plates are precision formed at the factory to fit each individual pulley
* Metal retainers are permanently welded or bolted to the pulley face to securely hold the pads in place
* Self-cleaning of the pulley surface occurs due to spaces between the pads and double grooving
* Pads are field replaceable

Specification of Diamond pulley lagging:
1. Thickness: 18mm (12mm diamond lagging + 6mm steel plate), 21mm (15mm diamond lagging + 6mm steel plate).
