Description of rubber backed ceramic pulley lagging:

Ceramic pulley lining, also called ceramic pulley lagging, is essential to improve conveyor belt performance.

Ceramic lagging can signicicantly inreace the coefficient of friction between pulley and belt, reduce belt slippage, and improve tracking .

 

Ceramic Pulley Lagging is specially suitable for pulleys where belt slippage and excessive wear and tear problems make conventional diamond or plain rubber lagging ineffective. The high alumina ceramic tiles help in proper grip of the belt under wet, muddy or any other such arduous conditions.
