DB-PPU Polyurethane Blade Secondary Belt Cleaner

 

DB-PPU Polyurethane Blade Secondary Belt Cleaner is installed after the head pulley or anywhere on the return side to clean residual. 

The cleaner blade is made of polyurethane or PU & Alloy, it has excellent wear resistance, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture,anti-hydrolysis, extend service life of conveyor belt. 

Self-adjusting spring tightening device make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning.

APPLICATION:
1.Belt Width: 500~2000mm (20" to 80");
2.Belt Speed: 3.5~5 m/sec (700~1000 fpm)
3.Temperature: -40~90 ºC
4. Material Humidity: ≤15%
5. Pulley diameter from 16" to 42" (400 to 1050 mm)
