Wear resistant rubber and ceramic liners
Ceramic Rubber Liner is compounded by rubber / polyurethane , alumina ceramic tiles and steel backing plate by hot vulcanization. Ceramic liner with CN bonding layer is also available.
Structure
Alumina ceramic: 92% & 95% Ceramic, available with extensive sizes and shapes.
Rubber or PU: Superior rubber/PU, impact-absorbing
Wear Plate Connection:Steel plate and studs/ CN bonding layer.
Excellent bonding: The ceramics, rubber and steel plate are permanently bonded through our special molding and hot vulcanization proces. Ceramics will stay in place until completely worn
Ceramic wear liner with wear strips, bolt holes, plugs, cn layer, etc. available
