About ceramic wear liner, rubber ceramic lining plate.

1.Ceramic wear liner is a combination of alumina ceramic tiles, resilient rubber and steel backing plate with stud bolt.

2.92% al2o3 alumina ceramic tiles are vulcanized in rubber matrix. Steel backing plate with studs is easy for installation. Also ceramic rubber liner without steel backing plate, but with cn bonding layer is also available.

3.Elastic rubber matrix prevents ceramic tiles breakage.
4.Steel backing plate with studs for easy installation.
